1. Arrival and departure

Your room is available to you from 3.00 p.m. on your arrival day.
Please vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on your departure day.

2. Loading and unloading

You are welcome to park directly in front of the hotel to load and unload your belongings. These are short-stay parking spaces, which you can use on your arrival. 

3. Parking

Our hotel has two different underground car parks.
Firstly, you can park in our hotel’s own underground car park located directly below the building at a cost of EUR 5.50 per night.
We also offer the option of a superior parking space in our hotel’s own underground car park at a cost of EUR 7.00 per night.
In addition, we have a collective underground garage located approximately 300 m from the hotel. This costs EUR 5.50 per night. 

4. Spa tax

Since Bad Griesbach im Rottal is a spa region, we will issue you with a spa card on your arrival. The spa tax charge in Bad Griesbach is approx. EUR 2.80 per person per day. 

5. Payment terms

A deposit of 20% of the total sum is payable within 10 days of making a booking to stay at our hotel.
The balance plus the charge for the underground car park and spa tax are payable in cash or by EC debit card on arrival.

6. Cancellation terms

Up to 45 days before your arrival date: 10% of the invoice amount (minimum EUR 25.00)
44 to 30 days before your arrival date: 50% of the invoice amount
29 days or less before your arrival date: 80% of the invoice amount.
If you wish to rebook this will incur a fee of EUR 25.00.
Any services which are not used will not be reimbursed.
